The school has the Olweus program; it focuses on bullying and safety. The school puts a lot of stress on these measures but many students don't follow the advice of the program.

Many students are very involved, there is quite a variety of extracurriculars. Athletics are prioritized and often times other activities are put on the back burner. Even though this is the case, the activities offered are still fun and there are quite a few offered.

Good school and community. They put the needs of the students as top priority. We have our kids in the district and would recommend.

I truly have hated my time here. I have cried many times over the continued disrespect towards me by not only students but teachers. One teacher in particular has made my life a living hell. They not only humiliate me but they do it in front of the whole class. Im not the only one the teacher has do...

Bullying and uncaring staff. This school has a very "good ole boys" mentality. Don't expect to fit in if you are new to the area. The school needs to be more focused on teaching the kids grammar than being so focused on sports. You are graduating kids who can't spell our write properly. Way to go GS...
