2025 They discourage parent involvement and medical care to their students in font of their parents. It does not help when its hard enough for parents to get their child to the doctor without this kind of negative reinforcement from the counselor. They do not listen to parent concerns and some teachers do not respond to emails. My daughter failed all her courses the first half of the year and in the previous years and moved there in Feb. They said that they would give credit for courses previously failed. Centinniel and Peoria reviewed her transcripts and said she would have to earn the credit. But Raymond kellis reduced her credit requirements to graduate giving a schedule excuse that she did not have the opportunity to earn credit at previous schools. Not true. Its not fair to her or other students and defeats what we are teaching for effort and hard work vs a favor for her parent from the counselor per the feedback. this is not fair to the students that didnt get this "favor".

My experience at this school was a cool experience from the academics to the culture. I attended this school since my freshman year and the journey throughout helped me form into the person I am now. I believe that I have learned from the more amazing instructors.

I have had four boys graduate from Raymond S Kellis HS and I could not be happier with our experience. I know that test scoring is a big deal (Personally, I feel you get what you invest as all of my boys are now college graduates - my youngest is on the way), but culture and character is what makes...

I wish that the teachers would involve the parents more. The office staff seem like they hate there job! They are so rude to parents and students.

Kellis was a great school for me when I was able to go there, which was from freshman to the first couple of weeks of junior year. Fantastic school, my friends were all there, the teachers were alright. Then when I tried to come back for the last few moments of my senior year where I wanted to be in...
