GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I liked the friendships that I made and the way that the teachers were willing to stay after school and help with things that students where struggling with. The small classes and the huge involvement that the community has in the school from helping out with sports and cheering people on to helping with clubs. The school has no problem showing they care about their students and in their student's success.

Some of the teachers need to explain homework better and pay more attention on their students other teachers are excellent on what they do with students like Terry Parish he's a great teacher and explains everything where you know exactly what is expected of you. I would like the school to find out what the students are interested in and work with them to succeed, have a class on making movies or song dvds.

Glenns Ferry High School is a nice school that is kept neat and has a fun supportive atmosphere. The teachers there are friendly with the students. The teachers are very helpful if they are asked to help. Most of the students are very nice and bullying is taken seriously. I was personally bullied but that was soon put to a stop once the principle was informed. The teachers try their best to teach the students and are willing to learn from the students themselves. The school is very active with the community and holds many events that the community is open to attend. Sports in taken very seriously and everyone shows up to support.

Simply awful--no new texts in five years, not enough computers for all students in classes, no curricula, an arrogant school board that sabotages rather than helps, teachers leave constantly because there's no good leadership--this school is a train wreck. There's much more, but let's leave it at th...
