I loved going to golden Sierra. It is a small high school but this allows you to grow and connect with teachers that you would normally not be able to do at a bigger school. There was many opportunities for sports/ club involvement due to our small class sizes.

I loved my time at Golden Sierra, I just graduated in June of 2023. I was a part of the leadership program and I also participated in many sports. I loved my experience at in high school because I was able to know every single person in my graduating class and most everyone at the high school. I created special bonds with many of my teachers and was able to have one on one time if needed. There are many clubs available to join and many on the rise as well.

They have some great aspects such as the auto shop and engineering shop, but subpar facilities and faculty create a uncomfortable learning experience that lowers the standard of education that all students receive. If there was a curriculum over hall and better maintenance on bathrooms and other facilities it would be much nicer to attend Golden Sierra.

It wasn't a good enviroment incident reports are ignored and bullying is allowed even after many district wide student suicides over the years they have favoritism and tend to single out students at Golden sierra many of the students that I go with have been leaving more and more each year. I'm not...

Please do further research on this school and school district. Something I wish we would have done prior to moving here .

This school is like all other schools. The administration, counselors, and most of the staff are stuck in their own school days in their heads and can't function as adults.

Sometimes you want to go where everybody knows your name... this is the Cheers of schools! Kids, parents, staff, community care for one another and support a positive learning environment. Highly recommend.
