Heartland Lutheran High School fully prepares young men and women for college and life. They also do so in an environment that can best be described as family. The teachers stay well past their time to leave just to make sure each student gets the help they need.

The people at Heartland Lutheran High School are so well-mannered, and it is almost like a family. This school has a very rigorous curriculum which prepares us very well for college. In the long run, the high school could change by reaching out more to local schools to draw more Grand Island students into the school. There are few students, but there are many opportunities for the multiple activities that are offered.

Very unsatisfactory and disappointing. Will never recommend this school to anyone. There are many other great options in the area (GISH, GICC, NWHS)

For the price, it is not worth it. With below average teachers, facilities, and everything else- it just isn't worth the hefty price tag. Save for college and send your child to NW, GISH, or GICC. They would receive a better education for much less or even free.Just a word of caution!
