Congress offers cross-country, basketball, soccer, strings, spanish and yoga/mindfulness for its students. Congress also provides significant time each day for recesses and outdoor exercise.

3rd year of my children attending Congress and I must say I've seen growth in both of my kids as learners. Much of that is contributed to the excellent job their teachers do in getting to know their students personally. It allows them to get the full picture of each student.
