Came from a bigger school to gravette and it was just a better fit. My brother and I fit in so much better than we did at our other school.

Gravette is a small school, but everyone belongs. I never had any experience with a "popular" group, because everyone was just on the same level. Being an athlete gave me a home, and teachers, coaches, or school staff knew all the kids. It felt like everyone belonged.

I love the size of the Gravette School District. I have meet many people who I consider my friends. The classes aren't too big, so I feel more of a connection with the teacher and class. I know that if I need assistance, I wouldn't have to look far. However, I would like to see the staff and teachers consider student input a little more. Sometimes it felt like our voices were not heard even though we felt like we had good ideas to increase student participation.

Our older daughter transferred to Gravette mid year last year as a junior. Transition was extremely easy. Classes were comparable to what she had previously. Gravette's biggest asset is its HOSA program (for now). Other than that, it has agricultural, culinary, and engineering programs. This may not be many, but what they do they do well. The High School's test scores have increased tremendously! New administration has got the staff working together to see our kids achieve! It is a very safe school for my daughter to attend. I couldn't be happier!
