Dames Ferry is an absolutely wonderful school. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. There are many events throughout the school year that invite families into the school creating a nice sense of community. They really do a great job at DFE. We have been there 7 years total with our kids. The staff really connects with the kids and they care about them. It makes me feel good to drop my children off knowing they will be looked after and taught in a good environment. It does have a few issues as all scho...

The staff and teachers are really great. They are innovative and I'm happy to say that the CRT scores have improved under the leadership of the new principal.Keep up the good work!
