C.M. Russell High School is a great school to attend. The teachers and staff seem to really care about the future of their students. Everyday they put themselves out there and give the students the materials needed to succeed.

I have been involved in CMR from a very young age due to my dad being a teacher at the school. I have loved all the teachers that I have had at CMR. I've been able to build a relationship with every faculty member I've been involved with, which has been very valuable in my education thus far. For the most part I have liked all the clubs and activities I have been a part of. The main thing I would like to see changes in is this school spirit. My freshman year I felt like there was a lot of energy in the school and people wanting to do things. As my years of school has progressed I have seen that energy dwindle. It is hard to say if it is simply a generational issue or if there are too many restrictions in the school that are preventing people from participating.

At C.M Russell there are both positive and negative aspects. The school pride is through the roof and the support is unwavering. However, the academic opportunities are lacking.

The teachers and staff at this school care a lot about the kids and their education. They have amazing programs for the kids. The music and arts programs are amazing with great teachers and many wonderful opportunities.
