GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Great school. Prepared me well for college and allowed me to be independent and get a lot out of highschool. Lots of oppourtunities to grow.

Cherry creek high school is a great school that prioritizes academics and extra curriculars. There is a lot of opportunities and resources at Cherry Creek that insurers a students success. However there is not much of a community because its so academically focused there is little time to be social. Their diversity is ok but their treatment towards different races definitely needs work. My sister with darker skin than me did not have fair treatment than me with a lighter skin tone. If they could create a strong community and improve their equality this would be a fantastic school for everyone.

Cherry Creek High School is like a school that, if it were an ice cream, there'd be toothpaste hidden in the middle. It looks nice on the outside and so great–advertised as one of the best schools. However, once you're actually in the school, you'll see how toxic the school culture and students are. The teachers act like they care, but will let you drown if you give them the chance to.

Cherry Creek High School may not be suitable for every student, especially those in need of academic and mental health support. Due to its large size, the school struggles to provide individualized attention to each student. Teachers have the autonomy to implement their own teaching methods, grading...

The school is for the rich only, it is not diverse. It breeds snobs. They look down on other schools and people outside the little circumference of where they live.

Graduated from Creek and I was later surprised at how good of an experience and preparation it was. College was much easier than Creek, because I was treated like an adult and given real responsibility. I took mostly AP classes my last two years, and most of my teachers had PhD’s in their field, we’...

I went to this school for all 4 years of high school. From what I saw, the only kids that get a good experience here are over privileged rich white kids that live in the surrounding neighborhoods. There’s a mass amount of homework every night and no time to do it. I lived far away and couldn’t affor...
