The STEM classes offered there are really good, and the school provides various types of STEM classes. However, the social science classes, are just okay, not really the best. The coaches for track aren't the best, but a few are pretty good. Unfortunately, the track equipment isn't funded really well, a lot of the money goes to football and other sports. Overall, though, it was a nice school to attend.

It was a fun school it was big on school spirit and that honestly what kept it together at a point after the football and basketball games it was lost but it was good while it lasted

Grossmont has lots of spirit. There is a mix of great teachers and a few not-so-hot - that don't seem very interested. The student population is mixed and pretty welcoming.

Children are not held accountable for behavior problems in halls or class (ex. Fighting). This is coming from a family member of a child who needs to be held more accountable for actions. I’m told you are not able to wear some colors do to gang activity. Even though ever teacher is a mandated report...

For the years 2010 through 2015, our 2 daughters attended Grossmont High School. Their experience as students, and ours as parents was exceptional.
