They do the best they can with what they have

Most teachers are related to each other & the students. Communication is poor with non-organizations skills. There are some teachers that seem to care how some students do on their education, others are on there own. The school is really small and cliquish. We have another small school less than 5 miles away and the two needs to join together for more activities, events and sports. Between the two schools its hard for either to compete in many activities. Due to not enough students at a single school.
