GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

As a student, I have enjoyed the teachers and many of the extracurriculars, but Gwinn struggles due to a lack of resources.

I have been going to this school for 6 years and there's nothing to do at this school. The food is terrible the meat is PINK and they act like they make the food even though they pre-heat it. The milk is so stringy I could floss my teeth with it. There are only a few good teachers and the school doesn't do anything to take care of students that are bullied. There was dude at school wearing a skirt. I have never felt safe once at this school. Our school is so bad they close the bathrooms during the day. Last year there were furry's in the hall that meow at me and bark at me and they wanted to put litter boxes in the bathrooms. Honestly I plan on going to Negaune for my senior year.

I'm a new student here but so far I like it. There's more opportunities here than my old school. All of the teachers are really nice and so are the students. I would like there to be more activities to get the students to know each other better. It's a decent sized school and the classes are interesting. I think it's great, especially the math classes.

I haven’t even been here for a full year and its already horrible. Students are mean, racist and extremely disrespectful and the teachers don’t do anything about it.
