The best parts of my experience were having great connections with the teachers. The teachers are really nice and really want students to learn something. They also show their passion for learning based on how they present themselves.

This highschool has a lot of diversity so everyone feels welcome. I have gained many more friends from joining clubs/sports which has been great. The teachers are kind, funny, and push you to be the best version of yourself.

I graduated from Hackensack High School two years ago and I still miss this place. I come here very often just to meet the professors. I really wish time didn't fly as it did when I was in high school and that is something I definitely regret not enjoying it as much while I was there. This was a great high school, the teachers and the place overall are amazing. Its safe and everyone cares for you, I graduated and am currently in college with no problems at all. I would recommend this to parents who are unsure where to send there students.

Good teachers but terrible learning environment. The administration will push sports programs as the way to bigger and better; but, every kid is not an athlete nor wants to be. Hackensack is a generally great school as long as you long as you take advantage of the AP courses. Overall the CP (college prep) classes are jokes.The school offers and array of activities and sports which are always fun to join
