HMS is a very diverse, well equipped and organized school.My son attended from August 2016 till June 2017 or his 7th grade school year.He was very pleased with the layout of school, how classes were delegated and the "variety" of students he was exposed to, in comparison to his prior school.The fact this school caters to only 7-8 versus 5-8 was incredible!!Without 5th and 6th graders, there existed a very "even keel" amongst the students and bullying or other such behavior was nonexistent. Being among peers similar in both age and like developmental stages seemed to be very helpful with focus, petty differences and easily finding comradery amongst his new school mates. The teachers and staff are EXTREMELY accommodating and truly take the time to hear parents and work with them to resolve any issues that may exist, amongst parent and parent, student and student, etc. Overall, a fantastic experience for both my son and myself.

This school is promoting lbgt outside on the pavement with trans colors for kids that aren't even 18! They are young children and they are trying to push that on kids right outside of this school! What a bunch of sick people in this school and the town leaders should be ashamed of them selves.

Terrible school with terrible administration. They don't care about the children's growth or the fact puberty is a natural process. School should be shut down. All schools should be shut down. What's the point of having remote technology but not using it?

If your thinking about sending your child here I urge you to find an alternative. Especially if your child has special needs. Don’t expect them to do anything to educate your child in academics. They will offer no special services and the district will never consider an outplacement even if your chi...
