Harlan High School is an awesome school to go to. I will not say that it is the best high school, but it is good for what we have. As of right now, the school is remodeling. This shows that the school cares for the students and the teachers because they're on their way to making the school a nicer place. Harlan has a lot of great teachers who are passionate about their jobs. Harlan Community School is a great place to go if you are looking for a place that cares for your education.

While attending Harlan Community High School, I have enjoyed the many clubs and sports that have been offered. On the down side, I feel the administration takes the fun out of the high school experience. One thing I would change with in my school would be longer passing periods. Getting from class to class while my school is under construction.

My experience in this school has been nice. I have found my amazing friends that I know will be there for me until the end. Education wise they have great teachers who make their rooms lively and welcoming.

As an alumni and now with kids in the district, I’ve been impressed with the schools on every level. Teachers have been helpful and supportive. For a small town you aren’t going to find better.

I have been to many schools throughout my life and never have had to experience such trauma than at Harlan Community. This school's education system is already going down the drain. I recommend not putting your student in a school district that they'll get dragged down with the school. If I could ra...

This school is not that great. They just put on a haughty front. These coaches train their athletes to think that they are better than everyone else and making the students preppy. Totally not a great school.

Harlan is a great community that is condusive to being successful. Champion athletes are just as confident in academics, which is largely due to the personal involvment of both parents and educators. I came to Harlan as a sophmore from California and the difference was like night and day. My grades...
