In my experience, I've encountered a few good teachers and a few bad teachers. I wish all teachers would be passionate about what they teach instead of just reading off presentations they didn't even make. Not to mention, there's been plenty of school fights ever since I got here as a freshman. Admin struggles to break up said fights. And the extracurricular side of our classes are severely underfunded and they get little to no attention.

The best part of my experience at Harris County High School is that they have really good teachers and you will always be able to ask anyone where something is at are if you have any questions. The worst experience is that it is a really big school and you might get lost. They have amazing sports and other extra Curricular activities. The overall culture is amazing and I really love it. I don't think anything really needs to change except the food really I feel like there could be a little bit better of food and more food.

Harris County High School is a place where kids get to figure out what they like and want to do, but with that comes no actual effort of getting you into the paces that will let you do what you want to do. It's a beautiful experience to learn what you want to do with your life, I wish they'd take the step and walk a few paces with you to help you to the point they're trying to send you.

Harris County High School is a great school and definitely prepares you for college. Other than my freshman year I had an amazing time thanks to the theater department and some excellent teachers such as Mrs. Longshore, Mrs. Hall, and Mrs. Kennedy. Harris County is an amazing school. Love the theater department Mrs. Longshore is simply the best. Not a fan of the principle but we try not to deal with him as he has a very unique leadership style that does not encourage the students in a positive manner. 6th year with a child at HCHS, we are not happy at all! Other previous statements below mentioned that the teachers take complaints made about them out on your student! That is a FACT, it happens!! Not fair, but it does and the principal does nothing about it. Upper administration is a good old boy...
