Havre de Grace school are far superior to any other school system in the county. Walking into the building, the energy and pride is palpable. The learning is okay, not too difficult and not too easy. But you'll either get a nice teacher who actually enjoys their job or a mean teacher who yells at your kid for everything they do that annoys them. Overall, I can not recommend this school for any child. It's unfortunate because the elementary school system in Harford County provides a very strong foundation to only be lost as they enter this Middle School.
