Hedgesville was a somewhat successful school. They had good academics and a strong sports team. Good teachers and. decent choir program. Although, I would like to see a drama club or further arts opportunities.

Hedgesville Middle is not a good school. One time my son told the counselors and the vice principal about a boy that was bullying him and saying that he wanted too fight him, and all they did was talk to them. But after the talk, the bully still fought my son. This school is not a safe environment....
