Somerset Academy of Las Vegas is an affiliate of the Somerset System. In 1997, the first charter school in what would become a nationwide chain opened in Miramar, Florida. Somerset utilizes a multi-tier system that integrates technology within its core curriculum to enhance student performance. There are seven campuses across southern Nevada, with the Stephanie Campus serving grades K-8 in the Gibson Springs neighborhood. One of the most compelling aspects of attending Somerset Academy is that students are eligible to receive accreditation from the Western Association of Schools and Colleges. Getting a head start on higher education can prove advantageous. This benefit can also serve as a powerful motivator for student achievement. Students at Somerset Academy Stephanie score higher than the state average in math, reading, and science. The school also boasts above average rankings for academic progress. Eighty-five percent of its teachers have at least three years of experience. As early as middle school, students begin taking elective courses that include sign language, personal finance, and even a Disney Anthology class. Many afterschool clubs are also available. There is an arts & crafts club, a yoga club, and a coding club in addition to many other options. Tutoring clubs are offered as well to help students succeed in the classroom. While before and after care is provided to support parents with busy schedules. As evidenced by its continued growth, the Somerset Academy model has proven successful. Students at the Stephanie Campus experience the distinctive results of its innovative strategies.

The school is ok there’s great teachers but the bullying kids need to go. Should be more discipline for that. Also be more open and honest with the community seems to be popularity contest

I don't blame the whole staff,. I think it's their office staff dictating this. Charter assured us parents should be commi...
