It was very strict and unorganized. No sports or clubs as well. The food is not so good and we eat the same thing repeatedly. We have staff coming in and out as well. We have had three principles since I have been here as well as guidance counselors. Our most recent guidance counselor just left about a month ago and my school has no replacement so us seniors are all stressing about the college process and how to go through it on our own. Our credits are messed up so the school is working on it because the entire high school's credits are messed up. They have no sports at all so I have to walk 20 minutes to the nearest school to run track. I have to wear a specific uniform and no hoodies are allowed at all. I would say that my best year was my freshman year. That was due to the principle in which we had at the moment but Quorintine messed that up. We went online and the learning was okay but I would never say it was affective as the learning in which would be getting in person at school

Overall Highville isnt a bad school when it comes to education. When it comes down to certain teachers they can do better with explaining assignments before sending them off to work alone. There is no sports so you will have to do a sport at another school.

I've been at this school for 10+ years and these 10+ years have been the hardest years of my life just bc of how the school has treated me and how I was treated by students and staff which plays a huge part in my depression and anxiety. They don't truly care for the students until it gets noticeably...

My overall experience with this facility was a epic failure. The administration is horrible. The principal supports her subordinates even if their actions may go against her own better judgements.

This is an excellent school. My son teacher really took the time to see what technique would help him learn better. He is doing very well. I would recommend this school to anyone.
