The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Some things I like about this High School is that I enjoy the English and history teachers. However, thee math and science department here is not the strongest and often kids graduate without a solid foundation in either.

school is the worst, they take your property all the time, out of your bags and desks. Teachers dont help, if you ask for help they put you down and say you need to pay more attention in class, even when you do and you just learn differently, i cant wait to graduate and get outta here. So Embarassed to say i go here, although there are some good teachers, there are more bad teachers vs. good. Dont even get me started on school lunches, they look and taste as if its a fricking frozen puke/ garbage. This school needs some serious improving to do, this school is a joke, dont waste your time going here,

There are many different clubs and other options, however, it is a small school and often funding is an issue. The teachers in charge do usually seem to care quite a bit.

As a student of this school, I believe that the quality of education is amazing. There are so many amazing teachers who put effort into their lessons. The school also offers numerous extracurriculars including DECA, student council, and SADD. The thing I like most about HDHS is the personal connecti...

I am currently a student who has been in the special education program since 4th grade. I can't say that I was the best student before I reached high school but I managed. Freshman year was awful but I thought it was because of the transition from middle to high. Sophomore year was no better. I got...

I am a student at this school. The school has definitely changed a lot in the past few years. For better or for worse. The math department needs a lot of work. I have had two teachers in this school for math both have had a lot of trouble engaging with the class. On the other hand the English, Socia...

I am a student at this high school. There are multiple things wrong with this school such as teacher/student relationships, horrible cafeteria food, and rude staff. If students are friends with teachers, they don't get punished. This is unfair to others and is clearly BS! Even though the school has...
