GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Honestly, it's an OK experience. It's not that great of a school from personal experience. The teachers OVERLOAD the students with work, their whole message is "WE DONT CARE ABOUT YOU, WE CARE ABOUT YOUR WORK!". It's a hard working school but they over do it with their students.

Students are well taught, my daughter feels like she is more welcome and safe compared to past schools. There are many AP classes that are available to take. I like the number of ccp classes that are able to help students prepare for college.

Most teachers were helpful and straightforward. The nurse and attendance tracker were unhelpful, snarky, condescending and rude to my parents and made experiences with getting picked up for hospital visits hard. The counselor Ms. Fields helped me through high school so far and stopped by my house to check on me when I stopped attending school during the pandemic, when I was in rough patches.

Teacher morale is a huge problem at the school. my students have emailed teachers and tried to meet with them when they had questions or issues or concerns. Teachers are very difficult to get a hold of, they don’t reply to emails from students, and they rarely reply to emails from parents. We’ve had...

Century is a good school aside from its principal, Ms Guise. I will say that is the only reason I won't recommend Century. Regardless of Century being a good school, I can't, in good conscience, recommend it with Martha Guise being a part of the administration.
