Hixson High school does need to do better about hiring teachers and listening to students' concerns over teachers. I understand there is a teacher drought right now, but that is no excuse to ignore your students and not take their concerns seriously. I do love Hixson's wide variety of clubs and organizations you can be a part of without needing an invite or specific requirements. This allows anyone to be a part of the school and explore their talents.

Hixson High school has allowed me to open up and blend in with everyone. It has allowed me to start my dreams by being able to get my CNA licensure. Not only that, but the teachers are there to help you out with whatever you need too. I have been able to also make genuine and strong connections with all my teachers feeling safe to go to them if I ever needed anything. Overall, Hixson high has helped shape me into the women I am today and achieve some of my goals in life.

The worst part of a Hixson High School was the students because the students were absolutely crazy and it annoyed the teachers which made the teachers get mad at all students. The best part about fixing high school was meeting friends because the friends at the school and the friendships made were really strong.

The Hixson High school teachers and staff allow bullying and cyber bullying, as well as try to cover up any incidents that may occur with students. If your child is a bully and likes to threaten kids, send them to Hixson High School, The administration will not do anything about it. My daughter was disrespected, humiliated, bullied, and threatened..with no action but to "talk to" the two responsible. Every year you sign a code of conduct which...
