GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I have been happy with the career paths and the opportunities that have been available for my son. The Porter County Career Center has given my son the experience to have the chance to decide if the trades are for him. He is now wanting to go into a career that is both important with a college degree and the trades.

I really love the block schedule because then I have longer classes were we can get things done. The teacher contrary...

As a student at Hobart high school I have to say I LOVE the 8 block system. I mean yeah there are some teachers who only teach for like 45 minutes or so and then stop or sometimes they teach way more. That is because in high school you get a lot of work I mean a lot. this gives you another 45 to do...
