This was our first year in the middle school and our family (my son is in 6th grade) has had a really positive experience. It was the first year that the school moved 6th graders into the middle school so there were some growing pains, but throughout it all, my son experienced engaged and caring teachers who truly wanted him to succeed.

Just graduated and I am more adademically driven but I saw a lot of students that were struggling either socially or academically and they didn’t get enough support. Also this is minor but I was behind in my high school science track because we learned the same 4 topics every year at HMS.
