Bullying is a bug problem at the school. The principal is ineffective in dealing with the bullying. Instead of disciplining the offenders she interrogates the victims and places the whole 4th grade class on a daily behavior chart. The principal is very defensive when you address the issues.

Not a safe school, a lot of bulling goes on. Some staff are prejudice to parents that are not white.
