Hollis-Brookline High School has a small, close-knit community that everyone can be a part of. I love knowing most of the teachers and students within the school, because it creates a familiarity among everyone that you can't always get at larger schools.

Good school, I met my best friends here while getting great knowledge before college. I received my degree last year and now I'm off at Montana State University.

Hollis-Brookline High School has truly amazing teachers and staff. However Hollis-Brookline can be an alienating community to those from economically disadvantaged backgrounds. The school culture is also unhealthily obsessed with academics.

Very good, my children have excelled here. A lot of pressure to succeed which does take parental involvement to moderate, be active with you kids success and they will blossom here.

The politics and desire to fill quotas for their "Special Education" is more of a priority to the school than delivering t...

I am a recent graduate from this school, & its focus is primarily on achieving high grades -- not the student's well-being, unique abilities, or character, & leave students to manage it on their own. What the school wants is high scores that they can show off. Many programs such as the arts and thea...
