How do you rate a school -- teachers would be the most important item on my list. From my freshmen year to my current senior year I have encountered the vast majority of teachers to be dedicated to their students. Teachers can make you sink or swim -- make you love a class you thought was going to be so.. boring -- and inspire you to excel and grow. I can ask my teachers or my guidance counselor for assistance knowing they are there and readily available. Four years of ROTC has taught me leadership skills and a knowledge of how to work with others. I think the only change for improvement might be to help a student start preparing for his/her future in 9th or 10th grade and how the next four years can make such a difference in their educational future. But we students need to remember that too.

Belton-Honea Path High School gave me everything there was to offer and more to allow a better future. Not only did they start you with a college journey early, but pushed you to keep it up and always do your best!

Belton Honea Path High School is a school that exceeded my expectations after transferring to the school. It may be a small school but there is great administrators, teachers and staff. The school also loves to include the community and provide events for the locals. I'll definitely recommend this school to someone in the future.

This is possibly the best school district in Anderson county. Teachers are great, well except for a few. Bullying is actually dealt with, they don’t let you get off easy for vaping or anything of the sort. Teachers don’t pile work on you and they actually teach you!! It isn’t full of overly preppy r...
