I was a student at Alcott Elementary in 1965. I can recall that snow cones were sometimes sold after school. My "Review" is for the school Teachers & Administration from that time.I read the school's ratings, & it's sad, but not a shocker.

I substitute taught at Alcott in fall 2013. It was a nightmare. Not a single teacher said good morning when I arrived and students were out of control in the halls.
