My experience at Davis high school is... interesting to say the least. The whole gun threats and the discrimination of alumni from administration without being held accountable because students are terrified of the repercussions truly saddens me. The students that make teachers quit as well because of their words or behaviors make me disgusted. But it is better than most aldine schools yet don't do cosmetology.

I transferred here my junior year. I enjoyed my time here, I graduated top 5% with a 3.88gpa but I will say it was fairly easy and doesn't actually challenge you.

In my opinion, Benjamin O. Davis is a great school. While it has its flaws, as do other schools, it does the best it can with the resources provided. I believe the only thing missing from Davis High School is an abundance of resources. If better resources were provided, I believe students would work harder and be more motivated to accomplish their goals.

The thing about this school is that they separated the kids who are smart and dose who aren’t like me right know they just noticed I am above the average kid and they know decided to put me in other clases I don’t know but I feel like everyone should have the same education.

Davis is not a bad school. Majority of the teachers are good and actually teach you important things related to the subject they teach.
