This school has very good academics and is preparing students well for college. The teachers are very hands on and work hard to ensure that all the students do their best. Everyone is accepting, no matter what your background is.

The student climate is respectful, healthy, and peaceful. During a 2014 visit to campus by the Southwest Association of Episcopal schools, the team made it a point to highlight the genuine care that SSESH students displayed for one another. This is a direct result of the priority the school leaders place on respect and tolerance.

With an extremely low student to teacher ratio of 6:1, it goes without saying that each SSESH student receives a highly personalized education.
