There are some things a private education can provide such as smaller classrooms (18:1 for 5th grade) or more attention from the teachers and staff, but there's something beyond this that we have felt at Huntington Christian. My son feels he is part of a caring community. When I pick him up from school and ask how was your day, he says, "great" everyday. That's something intangible that I think is what I wanted most for my son...for him to be happy.

I graduated class of 2015, and I can see that HCS truly prepares their students for high school. The English curriculum here is especially wonderful, and I am thriving in college level courses as a high school student. The school definitely caters towards the academically advanced kids, so the coursework is rigorous in comparison to other public elementary and middle schools.

I am so grateful for HCS. Our twins started here in 3rd grade, and now that they are in 8th grade, we can honestly say that they've had a wonderful Elementary and Jr High School experience because of the choice we made in sending them here. They actually still look forward to going to school daily....

My daughter’s best friend from Kindergarten wanted our family to come to the HCS open house. My whole family had gone to the local public school, my mom even taught there so we didn’t even think about going anywhere else. We were pleasantly surprised at the open house when we saw so many families...

HCS is by far the best school for our kids. My 5 year olds started reading within 2 months of school starting. They are learning so many things besides inside their main classroom. They love art, computer class, music and I love when they come home and tell me stories they learned in the Bible that...
