Overall, this school never should've been made in my opinion. It should've been combined with Huntsville High instead of ostracizing the poorest community in Huntsville. Do better Huntsville City schools. If this is 'DEI' then I'm disappointed.

It's a good school but the only bad thing is there are a lot of fights and kids with "MJ" and other substances and a lot of the school admins will write students up for reasons that are not true.

Mae Jemison High School is not a bad school and it also has its advantages. It has a Magnet Program called College Academy which helps students gain 60 college credits by the time they graduate high school.
