Southport highschools is a good school when it comes to getting an education and as long as you are focused and ask for help when needed, the teachers are good at helping when asked but they could be more engaged in the students who don't try as much and also do better with helping the students that need it.

For the most part, my time at Southport as been good. I have never really had issues with any of my teacher but I do know others have. I have had good academics and receive good academic help if needed. The athletic program definitely needs work. I have had a lot of issues with coaches at Southport and have had a lot of negative times during my athletic career.

In my opinion they did it in order to make themselves look better statistically instead of for the benefit of students. The 50% policy is very d...
