The staffs and teachers are very friendly and the students are hardworking. The student population is diverse. I especially loved the spirit weeks and after school clubs. Issaquah Middle School and the Issaquah school district is one of the academically competing district in Washington.

They built this school by a gun range. You can hear gun shots all day long. What happens if there is shooting in the school? The school is built right next to the high school and an elementary school up the street. The traffic before and after school is horrific. Bad planning at best. There are many...

The principal at ISM is amazing - very professional, caring, smart and hard working. Our 3 kids - one who is on an IEP and is disabled- have been treated with respect and caring. The academics, extra-curriculars and school community are excellent. The music programs are best in class.

This school reopened after updating, and it has been exceptional. Academically challenging, good class selection, good athletic opportunities. Teachers are well-trained to work with middle-school children.
