This is supposed to be the "academic" school for middle schoolers. In my opinion, this is an average, maybe even below average school. I am an involved parent with my son, and strive to show him it is important to do well in school. I can't say the teachers at this school are striving to do the same...

Academic Academy is a good concept, but the curriculum is extremely heavy and most students are given up to three hours of homework per night in order to excel. There are no textbooks.
