In general the school is pretty decent but it holds ignorance with diversity, a lot of students are kinda racist.

I liked the classes and most teachers. Some teachers were very unprofessional. Most sports at this school are unsuccessful, besides the cheer team. Very small school. Most students got away with a lot.

Some of the teachers didn't really teach at all and would expect you to understand everything just by reading the books. Which made learning a lot harder on me and is why I wish they actually got teachers that taught.

.Academically the teachers do not assist, respond to correspondence from the student or parent. Our child needed assistance academically and he has been consistently ignored. Theft and bullying are at an all time high and nothing is ever done to correc the situation. The dean of students and counsel...

It’s a special place. Academic rigor with a laser like focus on faith. Kids are polite, leadership makes an effort to be present and know families, and the kids are pushed to aggressively to prepare for college. If your student isn’t one to thrive with structure, this may not be the school for them....

BJS is a tough review. The teachers are dedicated and the administration strict. Sadly, like any typical Catholic school, some kids get away with being disruptive because parents throw money at the school. As parents, my spouse and I didn't make much money and worked very hard to enroll our sons at...
