I've been going to Riverside High School since my freshman year. It's easy to bond with others and become active with your school. Also, the culture with the school is good especially pep rallies, sport games, performances, and etc. What they struggle on is actually teaching the kids. I feel like we don't learn anything because the teachers just care about the money and not us kids future.

My overall experience at riverside high school is going okay so far l can complain, also l like the no uniform so l am able to wear the things l want. However, there are a few downsides at riverside, but all high schools have a few cons, but my school can tend to all its students' needs in terms of their individual and general needs, they created so mental health club so that we can have an emotional outlet and come together as one. In other words, no student is left behind; the school does its best to provide a space for all students to thrive.

It's really a heartbreak to send your kid to this place -- this is what we experienced in the one year we attended: numerous fights; bathrooms often closed; movement in the building so restricted during lunch that some kids couldn't really always get lunch; security guards made kids shake out their...

I participate in the Early College Program at Robert E. Lee. My school isn't the best, but there is a great amount of teachers who are fully dedicated to students' success. Teachers like Mr. Benyard, Mrs. Covas, Ms. Bishop and many more invest in students who want something more in life. Yes, there...

As the parent of a 3rd generation General I have to say the school has had it's ups and downs. The school has gone through a fire (mid 80's)with major reconstruction and has been going through a multi million dollar renivation the last couple of years. With a National Model Engineering Academy and a...
