Croft's awesome. It's not just a school for the kids – it's a community for the parents too. They really make it a place where kids, parents, and teachers all connect. Plus, the teaching is top-notch. One of my favorite things is how they mix social and emotional learning with the regular curriculum.

Croft is solid, but there is a wide gap between the marketing & actual educational experience Good communication & culture of joy Skills based education is strong Field trips are wonderful High variability in teacher quality with recruitment & retention a big issue, ~50% turnover for assoc teachers, not surprising since starting salary is $29k Assoc teachers arrive @ 9:30 resulting in classrooms with just one teacher, adversely affecting learning Croft is a for profit & business interests take priority over quality education (Grew too fast, increased student/teacher ratio, tightened enrichment budgets) A parent rep on the Croft board & full transparency around budgets would help Lots of students w/ unique learning needs & there aren't resources to adequately support them, creates drain on everything Differentiated learning (challenge) doesn't happen, learning is not child driven. My kid is bored. Very weak science After 3 yrs of Spanish my kid can only name a few colors. No bueno
