James Madison was a decent middle school. There are some staffs and students that don't seem to accept and respect others of who they are. Everyone is well involved with school activities that they could potentially have it mentioned in their college application, resume, etc. The teachers (and staffs) care much about students but maybe, just not as deep as any would expected.

Son was not encouraged to study - lacks major study skills which I feel should have been instilled during Middle School.

Please if you can avoid this school at all cost. It's now a safe place for your children and half the staff don't care.
