What I like about walatowa charter high school is that we're a really small school. Being a small school give the students the ability to build relationships with their teachers and staff. Even tho were a 3 portable building school, we still get our work done and learn what we need to learn. We're an "A" school and I'm proud that we as a school have made it possible to do big things.

Whcs is a family. There may not be the best athletes in the world. Or even in the state of New Mexico, but one thing is for sure that there is an abundance of support from students and family members. There are no independent sport facilities for the school, so we have to use the Jemez Pueblo facilities. Nothing stops the Whcs student-athletes from achieving the most we can on and off the court.
