GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

1) Most of the teachers were student-friendly, meaning that they often took time to see things from the view of the student. 2) The small classroom sizes were beneficial to an effective learning environment. 3) The school has recently begun trying to offer a more vocationally-focused elective program (CNA licensure, Vet Technician, Robotics). The majority of students who participate in one of the vocational programs go on to expand upon that learning at a university.

I enjoy the size of the class and variety of students, but the lack of funding hits us pretty hard. Also, immaturity is common within the students, posting frequent bomb threats and disrespecting teachers.
