Piper has low diversity. Only this year have they hired teachers of color in the Elem. Little to no focus for children with disabilities you can't see. IEP's are a nightmare. Staff changes like musical chairs. High focus on sports, little focus on academics early on; making students feel like if they don't play sports or aren't a cheerleader starting out they are not as important.
