GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Staley High School has been a very great place for school, it is very warm and welcoming and the teachers are very friendly, and like to help however they can.

Staley is a great high school. I was there for two years and had fun participating in the marching band and arts program. The school is seperated into 4 focus areas, where you can "major" in an interest. It can be hard however if you are unsure or want to change your "major"

lets start with the thinks i don't like i attend Staley high school as a junior going on 3 years and children wont stop calling me "bruh" and so far this school year alone i have heard white people saying the n word. i go to the restroom and theres people smoking pot or vaping in the restroom. when i tell the administration about it they send someone down to check but they are so slow that because everyone clears out after the bell rings, they don't catch anyone. Then i have to answer questions about who is in there even though i dont know their names and every boy dresses relatively the same. i am not very popular and people consistantly make fun of me to their friends and think if they lower theyre voice just a little than i wont notice. they make fun of whatever they can and they take pictures of me and post them on their snapchat. i have told adults and nothing is done. and the police who are their to help spend most of their shift sitting in the lunch room on their phones.

In my experience, this school did not prepare my son for college. There were programs that I never knew new about. My son had an IEP but still did well in class and and had a social skills class. He graduated with a 3.4 GPA. When he went to college he was unprepared to handle college life and his gr...

We’ve had really good experiences at Staley with our first child. Our second child to attend is getting ready to start there and expect it to be the same.

As a student, I love our sports department and I love that we are a great school! But every school has negative thins that come with it.

This school has some major issues that need to be addressed and ironed out. My son was the victim of bullying, and my phone calls to the administration were dismissed and didn't appear important to them. They are obviously not on the same sheet of music with each other, either. The principal is subp...
