Severely overcrowded, office staff is disinterested in helping families and/or rude when you ask for assistance, and school makes decisions without informing parents/guardians.

Kapa`a Elementary School is a great school with many challenges due to a poorly run state wide school district. The principal, the vice principal, support staff and faculty are the best. They work hard, and care. More parent support for the keiki and school would help.
