The best part about Kearney High School is the sports. mainly most of the money that goes into the school goes towards sports and activities. Though sometimes it's a bit difficult for some of the other activities to get funding the games are always very fun to go to. The worst part about my experience at this school is how the principals treat the girls who are showing the tiniest bit of skin on their midriff. Even if it is only a finger wide they ask you to cover up when other boys are showing their full arms to the point of not even wearing a shirt. What I would like to see change is the thought put into the school food. We need salt ASAP and free lunches. What I have seen in the last two years is that when we had a grant for everyone to have free lunches everybody was eating a healthy amount but since the grant stopped last year not everybody is eating.
