My experience at Keene High School was challenging. While I'm proud of what I accomplished, I often felt the school prioritized sports at the expense of other programs. The arts, in particular, were underfunded and overlooked, making it difficult for students like me to feel fully supported. Still, these challenges taught me to speak up, stay resilient, and shaped the values I'll carry with me into the future.

Overall this is a great high school, especially compared to the surrounding schools like mando and Hinsdale. They could be better in preparing for college like they don't have a lot of sat prep time or making these resources more available.

Mostly all of the teachers care a lot about you and your education. The student's behavior is what makes it not good. They need to crack down more on it. People just don't care anymore and it shows.

There was a point in time where I would meet with my counselor weekly sophomore year and that was great. Honestly I needed it and she was helpful enough, but then she randomly just stopped answering my emails and I can't set up appointments with her. Since then I've had to email my counselor probabl...

I'm a junior, and I'm taking the HiSET to leave this school early — and honestly, I can't get out fast enough. The teachers here barely teach. Most of the time, we're left to figure things out on our own, and when we ask for help, it's either brushed off or treated like a burden. The administration...

I give a one star only because I had to plus I agree where it states "they give them what is required" ( only.).....BUT NOT WHAT THEY NEED. Special ed students in this school are dismissed emotionally, it's all about the "jocs"......if you have no choice and your child falls into ESE catagory, And y...

The teachers are dedicated and know their subjects. Parents turn out for theatre and music. Yet the staff are undermined by policies (homework does not count toward grade), "study" hall is noisy cafeteria, and a teacher who was punched 2022 needed surgery.
