GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Kilbourne just felt at home. This school was my safe place due to all the loving faculty and staff working there. Not a day went by that we weren't reminded of our worth. Although some teachers and students didn't see eye to eye on some things, they were still welcoming you in with loving arms, no matter who you are.

The school is very safe overall. The nurse is always available to help when a student falls ill or gets injured, and the police are always ready to respond to any illegal activity that might occur.

The cafeteria has really tried in recent years to serve healthier food, however, that also means smaller portions. The food does not taste that great either. I used to always bring my own lunch so I know I will be eating enough for me.
