I don’t feel safe at this school, there are fights between students 24/7, the students are so gross and disrespectful to each other and janitors ,substitute teachers are just there to get a paycheck, administrators have their favorite students and let them off the hook when they get in trouble, and...

The discipline at this school is a joke. Students are openly defiant to teachers, there are fairly regular fights, students would rather play games on their Chromebooks than concentrate on their studies, and the administration does not put in sufficient effort to curtail these problems.
